Return Info - If you find that the Big Air Mags don't work for you or you accidently ordered the wrong caliber or size, please let us know and we'll set up a return and get you the return address. We'll refund the purchase price minus $5 to cover a restocking fee once we receive the returned magazine. Please return the new-condition mag to us at your expense.
Warranty Info - We offer a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects. We'll either replace the magazine or give you your money back. We also have replacement springs, screws, o-rings, etc if you need to rework a magazine. Contact us for help.
Disclaimer - We only ship to the USA and USA territories. By purchasing a Big Air Airgun Magazine or Accessories, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and legally entitled to possess a Big Air Precision Airgun magazine or Accessories at the ship-to location and jurisdiction.
